Section 1340-02-02-.19 - CLERICAL MISTAKES(1) Clerical mistakes in orders or other parts of the record, and errors arising from oversight or omissions, may be corrected by the respective administrative judge or the commissioner on motion of any party or on their own motion, as the interest of justice requires, provided, however, that the administrative judges shall correct clerical errors on their own motion when so notified by the Legal Division of errors in the initial orders. The entering of a corrected order will not affect the dates of the original appeal time period.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1340-02-02-.19
