Section 1320-08-09-.01 - QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MAY APPLY

Subject to the limitations and conditions hereinafter set forth, duly qualified applicants may apply to the Motor Vehicle Division, Title Section of this Department for a new "certificate of title" as provided or authorized by the provisions of T.C.A. § 55-3-103.
