Section 1260-06-.06 - ACQUISITION AGENTS(1) Each acquisition agent shall furnish on the form prescribed by the Commission the following information:(a) Its principal office address and telephone number(b) The name of its responsible managing employee(c) The names and addresses of any affiliated individuals who will act as acquisition agents in its behalf.(d) The time-share program(s) for which it is seeking prospective purchasers.(e) The name and address of the developer of such time-share program(s).(2) The acquisition agent shall promptly report to the Commissioner any change in the information submitted under this rule.Tenn.
