Section 1260-06-.01 - DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions of terms contained in the Tennessee Time-Share Act of 1981, as amended (T.C.A., Title 66, Chapter 32), shall be applicable.
