Section 1260-05-.13 - PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

No materials shall be used for advertising or promoting any course designed to meet the requirements of T.C.A. § 62-13-303 without advance approval by the Commission. Any statements or claims made in such materials must be factually supported.
