Section 1240-08-08-.01 - GRANT ADMINISTRATION POLICY

The Division of Rehabilitation Services may periodically make funds available to public and/or private non-profit agencies to establish or improve community rehabilitation programs for the purpose of providing vocational rehabilitation services to applicants or eligible individuals.

(1) The amount of Federal/State financial participation in project grants shall not exceed seventy-eight and seven-tenths percent (78.7%) of the total cost.
(2) Initial and continued funding of project grants is subject to the availability of Federal funds and the grantee meeting the projected goal established for the project.
(3) Funds may be available for the needs and priorities identified by the State agency.
(4) Project directors of grantee institutions who are engaged in administration and financial management of project grants are to assure the agency that grant funds are managed in an efficient and effective manner and utilized only for the purposes for which they were granted.
