Section 1240-02-05-.14 - NON-INTERFERENCE WITH DEPARTMENT'S ACTIONS(1) No person or entity who has been served with an administrative order, administrative subpoena, or request for information or records shall take any measures to defeat the administrative action of the Department during the pendency of the review of such action by the administrative hearing officer or by the reviewing court.(2) The Department or its contractor may seek injunctive relief to prevent any actions which would defeat its administrative actions.Tenn.
