Section 1220-04-13-.03 - RETENTION OF RECORDS(1) Unless otherwise specified by the Authority, all records required by these rules shall be preserved for a minimum period of three (3) years. All records shall be kept at the main office of the public wastewater utility in Tennessee and shall be made available to the Authority or its authorized representatives upon request.Tenn. Comp.
