Section 1220-04-09-.03 - REPEALED

Original rule filed September 30, 1996; effective January 28, 1997. Editorial changes made by the Secretary of State pursuant to Public Chapter 305 of 1995; "Commission" and references to the "Commission" were changed to "Authority" and references to the "Authority"; effective March 28, 2003. Rule editorially repealed by the Secretary of State because of termination of the rule. Rule terminated January 28, 2002, and editorially repealed by Secretary of State on June 1, 2006.
