Section 1220-04-08-.06 - INSPECTION FEES FOR COMPETING TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS(1) All Competing Telecommunications Service Providers shall be subject to the provisions of T.C.A., Title 65, Chapter 4, Part 3, and shall pay any fees required by that part.
