Section 1220-04-05-.33 - PRESSURE SURVEYS AND RECORDS(1) Each utility shall make a sufficient number of pressure measurements on its mains so that it will have a substantially accurate knowledge of the pressures in the standard intermediate and/or high pressure systems in each district, division, or community served by its distribution mains. Every utility which operates its system at a single pressure shall have and operate a recording pressure gauge at all times.(2) All pressure records obtained under Rule 1220-4-5-.33 shall be retained by the utility for at least two (2) years and shall be available for inspection by the Authority's representatives. Notations on each record shall indicate the following: (a) The location where the pressure check was made.(b) The time and date of the check.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1220-04-05-.33
