Section 1220-04-05-.29 - RECORDS OF METERS AND ASSOCIATED METERING DEVICES(1) Each utility shall maintain records of the following data, where applicable, for each meter and/or associated metering device until retirement:(a) The complete identification - manufacturer, number, type, capacity, multiplier, constants, and pressure rating.(b) The dates of installation and removal from service, together with the location.Tenn.
