Section 1220-04-04-.53 - DETERMINATION OF COSTS FOR INTERVENORS(1) At the time of issuance of a final order in any PURPA-related proceeding, the Authority shall make a finding of whether an intervenor has fulfilled the requirements of this rule and is entitled to a determination of costs.Tenn.
