Section 1220-04-04-.22 - SERVICING UTILIZATION CONTROL EQUIPMENT(1) Each utility shall service and maintain any equipment it uses on a customer's premises and shall correctly set and keep in proper adjustment any thermostats, clocks, relays, time switches or other devices which control the customer's service in accordance with the provisions in the utility's rate schedules.Tenn.
