Section 1220-04-03-.36 - REFEREE TEST(1) Any customer, by written application to the Authority accompanied by payment of such fee for the test as may be prescribed by statute or by the Authority from time to time, may have a test conducted by the utility in the presence of a representative of the Authority. Upon receipt of such request, the Authority will notify the utility to leave the customer's meter in place until arrangements are made for the test. If such test shows that the meter is in error greater than two percent (2%) fast, the total cost of such test including the cost of transportation of the Authority's representative shall be borne by the utility, and the amount of the fee paid by the customer shall be refunded.Tenn.
