Section 1220-04-03-.30 - SEALING OF METER(1) Upon completion of adjustment and test of any water meter under the provisions of these rules, the utility shall affix thereto a suitable seal in such a manner that adjustment or registration of the meter cannot be changed without breaking the seal.
