Section 1220-04-03-.25 - REQUIREMENT OF GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICE(1) The design and construction of the utility's water plan shall conform to good standard engineering practice. It shall be designed and operated so as to provide reasonably adequate and safe service to its customers and shall conform to the requirements of the State Department of Health with reference to sanitation and potability of water.Tenn.
