Section 1220-04-03-.07 - METER READING SHEETS OR CARDS

(1) The meter reading sheets or cards shall show:

(a) customer's name, address and service classification;

(b) identifying number and/or description of the meter(s);

(c) meter readings and dates;

(d) identification of an estimated bill.
