Section 1200-15-02-.02 - PURPOSE(1) WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) administered by the Tennessee Department of Health. The purpose of the Program is to provide supplemental foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding promotion to eligible persons.
