Section 1200-14-01-.14 - PERSONS WITH LEGAL RESIDENCE OUTSIDE OF TENNESSEE

Those per sons with a legal residency outside the State of Tennessee and known to have infectious tuberculosis may be admitted temporarily to an approved hospital and receive other tuberculosis services to protect the public health of the citizens of the State of Tennessee.
