Section 1200-13-19-.25 - CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT, DISQUALIFICATION AND SEPARATION OF FUNCTIONS

Administrative Judges must comply with the code of judicial conduct requirements set out in the UAPA Rules and the requirements of T.C.A. §§ 4-5-302 and 4-5-303 concerning disqualification of Administrative Judges and separation of functions. Complaints regarding an individual Administrative Judge's conduct are to be made to the supervising Administrative Judge and complaints regarding the supervising Administrative Judge are to be made to the commissioner.
