Section 1200-12-06-.02 - PROCEDURES FOR CONTESTED CASES BEFORE THE EMS BOARD
(1) All contested cases before the Board shall be conducted pursuant to the Uniform Rules of Procedure for Hearing Contested Cases Before State Administrative Agencies of the Rules of the Secretary of State as compiled at Chapter 1360-4-1.
