Section 1180-05-.15 - DISPLAY AND REPLACEMENT OF LICENSE(1) Display of License. Every person licensed by the Committee shall display the license or certificate in a conspicuous place in his or her office and, whenever required, exhibit such license to the Committee or its authorized representatives.(2) Replacement License. Requests for duplicate or replacement licenses must be made in writing to the Committee's administrative office and be accompanied by the fee provided in rule 1150-05-.06.Tenn. Comp.
