Section 1175-01-.01 - PURPOSE

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the administration and implementation of the Private

Investigators Licensing and Regulatory Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-26-201 et seq.), herein referred to as the ''Act''.
