Section 1160-01-.01 - DEFINITIONS

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, the term "Commissioner," "Internship," "Intern Sponsor," "Person," and "Polygraph Examiner" shall be defined as in T.C.A. § 62-27-102.
