Section 1140-09-.04 - PERSONNEL

The board shall require that personnel employed by a manufacturer, outsourcing facility, oxygen supplier or wholesaler/distributor have appropriate education and/or experience to assume positions of responsibility for compliance with board requirements.

Original rule filed January 7, 1992 effective February 21, 1992. Repeal and new rule filed May 11, 1998; effective July 25, 1998. Emergency rules filed January 31, 2014 expired effective July 31, 2014. The rules reverted to their previous status. Amendment filed July 11, 2014; effective October 9, 2014. Repeal and new rule filed March 24, 2015; effective 6/22/2015.
