Section 1130-02-.08 - EXAMINATIONS(1) Licensure Examination - All persons intending to apply for licensure as an orthopedic physician assistant in Tennessee must successfully complete an examination pursuant to this Rule. Such examination must be completed prior to application for permanent licensure. Evidence of successful completion must be submitted by the examining agency directly to the Committee Administrative Office as part of the application process contained in Rule 1130-02-.05.(a) The Committee and Board adopt the N.B.C.O.P.A. examination or its successor examination as its licensure examination. Successful completion of examination is a prerequisite to licensure pursuant to Rule 1130-02-.04(1)(b).(b) The Committee and Board adopt the N.B.C.O.P.A. determination as to the passing score on its examination.(c) Application for and fees necessary to take the N.B.C.O.P.A. examination must be sent to the N.B.C.O.P.A. and not the Committee.Tenn.
