Section 1115-01-.05 - COMPLAINTS

Any complaints against a licensee of the Board which could result in disciplinary action under T.C.A. § 62-31-116 will be handled in accordance with the procedure established by the Director of the Division of Regulatory Boards of the Department of Commerce and Insurance.
