Section 1110-10-.03 - LEOSA CERTIFICATION FIRING RANGE RATE AND FEES(1) A retired law enforcement officer seeking to obtain the annual training and qualification standards for active law enforcement officers to carry a firearm of the same type as the concealed weapon from the Commission shall be required to pay the standard firing range tuition rate and fees charged by TLETA.Tenn.
