Section 1050-05-.03 - USE OF TITLES

Any person who possesses a valid, unsuspended and unrevoked certificate issued by the Council and the Board has the right to use the title "Certified Professional Midwife (CPM-TN)", as defined in T.C.A. § 63-29-102. Violation of this rule or statutes regarding use of titles, T.C.A. §§ 63-29-102 and 63-29109, shall constitute unprofessional conduct and subject the certificate holder to disciplinary action.
