Section 1030-02-01 - PARTY STATUS(1) Affected employees or their representative may elect to participate as parties at any time before the commencement of the hearing, unless, for good cause shown, the Commission or the Administrative Judge allows such election at a later time. See also Rule 1030-2-2.(2) Where a notice of contest is filed by an employee, or by an authorized representative, the employer charged with the violation may elect party status at any time before the commencement of the hearing.
