Section 0940-05-51-.02 - APPLICATION OF RULES

(1) The governing body of an adult supportive residential facility shall comply with the following rules:

(a) Rule 0940-05-04-.06(2) L ife Safety Board and Care Occupancy;

(b) Chapter 0940-05-05A dequacy of Facility Environment and Ancillary Services;

(c) Chapter 0940-05-06M inimum Program Requirements for All Facilities; and

(d) Chapter 0940-05-51M inimum Program Requirements for Adult Supportive Residential Facilities.
