Section 0940-05-36-.05 - MEDICATION STORAGE(1) Buprenorphine products shall be stored in a secure storage area in compliance with 21 C.F.R. Part 1301.72.(2) All prescription drugs and controlled substances, and related materials, shall be stored in an area not accessible to the public.(3) The patient waiting area shall be physically separated from the buprenorphine storage and dispensing area.Tenn.
