Section 0940-05-32-.09 - INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT PLAN MONITORING AND REVIEW FOR INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES

(1) The governing body must ensure:

(a) Support summaries are documented at least quarterly, and

(b) The individual support plan is reviewed at least annually and revised, if indicated.
