Section 0940-05-16-.27 - CONTRACTED FOOD SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR HOSPITALS

When food service is provided on a contract basis by an outside food management company, the company must comply with all applicable licensing rules and regulations and provide for constant liaison with the hospital medical staff for recommendations on dietetic policies affecting patient treatment.
