Section 0940-05-16-.01 - HOSPITAL GOVERNANCE(1) In addition to meeting rule 0940-5-6-.01G overnance Requirements for All Facilities, a written description of the governing body must be maintained which includes the following:(a) The organization, lines of authority and responsibilities of the governing body;(b) The names and addresses of all owners, controlling parties, officers, directors and/or responsible authorities; and(c) The procedures for hiring a Director/Chief Executive Officer who is delegated authority to implement overall policy and day-to-day operations of the facility.Tenn.
