Section 0940-05-02-.03 - UNLAWFUL OPERATION(1) No person, partnership, association or corporation may begin delivering services until the Department issues a license. Providing mental health, substance abuse, developmental disability, intellectual disability, or personal support services without a license is unlawful and may result in civil and/or criminal sanctions pursuant to T.C.A. §§ 33-2-404, 33-2-407, 33-2-408, 33-2-409, 33-2-412, and 33-2-417.Tenn.
