Section 0940-03-09-.02 - SCOPE(1) Chapter 0940-3-9 applies to facilities and services licensed as a Mental Health Residential Treatment Facility for Children and Youth (Chapter 0940-5-37) or as a Mental Health Adult Residential Treatment Facility (Chapter 0940-5-17). Use of isolation, mechanical restraint or physical holding restraint in mental health treatment settings other than mental health residential treatment facilities is governed by other Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities (DMHDD) rules.
