Section 0940-01-01-.10 - AUTHORITY OF GUARDIANS

A guardian to whom a court has granted the authority to make treatment decisions for a patient or resident has all the rights, powers, and privileges granted to the patient or resident under chapters 0940-1-1 through 0940-1-3.
