Section 0930-02-01-.03 - STRONG ACT TUITION REIMBURSEMENT IS SUBJECT TO FUNDING AVAILABILITY(1) Meeting the eligibility criteria as outlined in Rule 0930-02-01-.06 does not obligate the Tennessee Military Department to award STRONG Act tuition reimbursement. The approval and award of STRONG Act tuition reimbursement is subject to funding availability.(2) If funding becomes limited, distribution of STRONG Act tuition reimbursement will be executed in accordance with Departmental guidelines.Tenn.
