Section 0870-02-.07 - ANNUAL REPORTEvery Board-approved program shall file an annual report with the Board on or before December 31 of each calendar year.
(1) The report shall contain: (a) the number of students enrolled;(b) the number of students graduated;(c) the number of students dismissed or withdrawn;(d) the number of students sitting for the licensure test; and(e) the percentage of students taking the test for the first (1st) time and passing the licensure test.(2) A copy of the report filed with THEC or TBR is deemed to meet the requirements of this rule.Tenn.
