Section 0800-11-02-.03 - DETERMINATION OF APPEALS(2) Where an appeal was not filed within fifteen (15) days after the mailing of the decision, or on order of the deputy, or in the absence of mailing, within fifteen (15) days after delivery, thereof, a hearing shall be scheduled on the issue of whether there is good cause for delay.Tenn.
