Section 0800-10-03-.03 - PERSONS REQUIRED TO SIGN ELECTIONS BY CORPORATE UNITS(1) The statement of election to become subject to the Tennessee Employment Security Law by corporate employing units not otherwise subject to the Law shall be signed by the president, vice-president or other chief executive officer, and by the treasurer, assistant treasurer or chief accounting officer of the corporation.Tenn.
