Section 0800-10-01-.10 - DISHONORED CHECKS(1) If the bank upon which a check is drawn should, for any reason, refuse to pay the check at par, the check will be treated as a dishonored check.(2) All expenses incident to an attempt to collect such dishonored check, and the return of the check through a depository bank must be paid by the drawer of the check, since no deduction must be made from the amount received in payment of premiums or reimbursement.Tenn.
