Section 0800-10-01-.05 - EXTENSION OF TIME(1) Any premium paying employer may file a written request for an extension of time for the payment of premiums on or before the due date of any premium payment. (a) The Administrator, for good cause shown, may grant in writing an extension of time for the payment of such premium, but no extension shall exceed 30 days.(b) If a premium paying employer who has been granted an extension fails to pay premiums due on or before the termination of the period of such extension, interest shall be payable from the original due date as if no extension had been granted.Tenn.
