Section 0800-09-01-.18 - BENEFIT APPEAL NOTICE(1) Each benefit appeal decision which is sent to the parties to an appeal shall include or be accompanied by a notice specifying the appeal rights of the parties.(2) The notice of appeal rights shall state clearly the place and manner for taking an appeal from the decision and the period within which an appeal may be taken.Tenn.
