Section 0800-09-01-.14 - COMMENCEMENT OF WORKER'S PERIOD OF UNEMPLOYMENT(1) A worker's week of unemployment immediately following a period of work shall commence with the first day of the week in which the worker files a claim for benefits.(a) If the worker was partially unemployed in such week, such week shall be counted only as a week of partial unemployment.Tenn.
