Section 0800-07-01-.07 - COPY FEE(1) Pursuant to the UAPA and the Public Records Act, upon request any citizen of the state of Tennessee may have a copy of the information in the agency record. The fee for a copy is twenty-five cents ($0.25) per page.(2) Payment of the fee set forth in this rule shall be by check or money order made payable to "Treasurer, State of Tennessee." All fees for copies shall be prepaid. The Department shall not accept payment of fees in cash.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0800-07-01-.07
