Section 0800-03-08-.01 - SAFETY STANDARDS

All new and existing aerial passenger tramways, lifts, surface lifts and tows as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated, Section68-121-101 shall comply with The American National Standard Safety Requirements for Aerial Passenger Tramways, Lifts, Surface Lifts and Tows, edition dated March 26, 1990, - B77.1, as amended, prepared and published by The American National Standards Institute, 1430 Broadway, New York, New York.
