Section 0800-03-07-.01 - APPLICABILITY(1) This Chapter applies to electric powered elevators used in sewage lift stations where conformity to the requirements for passenger or freight elevators would impose difficulty or hardship not warranted because of their limited use.(2) Sewage lift station personnel elevators shall not be accessible to the general public and shall be limited to use by employees only.Tenn.
